Aniimo Skills List: Every Combat and Innate Skill Explained

The complete Aniimo skills list — all combat and innate skills across the 94-creature roster, with official cost and power values and which creatures learn them.

On this page

Every fight in Aniimo is a real-time skill dance: you Twine into a bonded creature, dodge on instinct, and fire its kit the moment a window opens. This page is the full picture of that kit layer — every 266 published skill entries across the 94-creature roster, with the official cost and power values straight from the Aniimo Index, sortable, and linked to the creatures that carry them.

Because Aniimo has not launched yet (the global release is confirmed for September 16, 2026), every number here is the launch-preview baseline from the official index — re-verified on August 19, 2026 and re-checked again once servers open.

Where are the skill descriptions? Full text for every skill — dodge windows, debuff stacks, buff durations — lives on each creature profile. This index page keeps the comparison values so the tables stay scannable.

How Aniimo Skills Work: The Two Layers

The official Index splits every creature’s kit into two tabs, and the split matters for how you build a team:

  • Combat skills are your active buttons. Each carries a Cost — the resources you spend to cast it in the real-time combat loop — and a Power value for its baseline hit. Dodging well and casting the right element into the right matchup is the whole skill expression of the game.
  • Innate skills are always on. They start with the universal ATK strike every single Aniimo shares, then layer family-defining passives — the reason an Emberpup line plays nothing like a Nimbi line even before you look at stats.

Costs across the published roster run from 0 to 50, and power values stretch from utility taps to hard-hitting nukes in the 200s. Neither number alone makes a skill good — a cheap skill you can spam off every dodge window often outperforms an expensive one you cast half as often.

The Family Pattern: Skills Travel the Evolution Line

The most useful thing the published data reveals: skill pools belong to families, not individuals. The three stages of an evolution line carry the same trait and largely the same kit — Emberpup, Flameruff and Scorchhowl all cast Fire Kick — so the roster’s 266 entries boil down to far fewer distinct family playstyles.

Practically, that means you can pick a playstyle from the tables below, check which family owns it, and know the whole line before you invest. Deep-dive every line on the creatures list or the evolution guide.

Reading the Numbers: Matchups Multiply Everything

A skill’s power value is only the baseline. What actually lands on the target multiplies from there:

  • Element matchups — attacks into a weakness deal 1.6x, resisted hits drop to 0.625x, and same-element hits always resist. The full grid is on the type chart.
  • Quality tiers — a Perfect-roll creature hits harder off the same skill than a Common one; see Perfect vs Elite.
  • Trait stacking — family traits like Scorching Flames (+15% into element weaknesses) reward matching your skill element to the target’s weakness.

That multiplication chain is why the tables below link every skill back to its owners — the creature page is where cost, power, element, trait and stats come together.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many skills are in Aniimo?

The official Aniimo Index publishes 266 distinct skill entries across the 94-creature roster — 213 combat skills and 53 innate skills, plus the basic ATK strike every creature shares. Family lines share most of their kits, so the unique per-family count is smaller than the raw total.

What is the difference between Combat and Innate skills in Aniimo?

Combat skills are the active moves you spend resources to cast in real-time fights — they carry a cost and a power value. Innate skills are always-on kit pieces that define how a creature plays, starting with the universal ATK strike every Aniimo has.

What does Power mean on Aniimo skills?

Power is the skill’s base damage number from the official index. Actual damage scales it with your creature’s stats, element matchups (1.6x super effective, 0.625x resisted), quality tier, and buffs — power is for comparing skills at the baseline, not for exact damage math.

Do skills change when an Aniimo evolves?

Evolution lines share most of their skill pool — a family’s three stages carry the same trait and largely the same kit, with the higher stages drawing from stronger statlines. Full per-creature skill tables with descriptions are on every creature profile page.

What is the strongest skill in Aniimo right now?

By raw power value, the hardest-hitting published combat skills reach the low 200s at the top end of the index. Exact rankings shift with the September 16, 2026 launch build — sort the table below by Power to see the current official values.

Verified against the official Aniimo Index, 2026-08-19. Skills and values may shift in the launch build — this page is re-verified when the servers open on September 16, 2026.
